Return & Exchange Policy

10 days FULL refund policy for online card payments only. After 10-14 days store credit only.

Items must be returned in a sellable condition - unworn, tags attached, hygiene sticker (swimwear) still applied. PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents will NOT qualify for a refund and can be refused.

Card refunds take up to 7-14 days refunded back to the card used during the transaction. Refunds are processed once the item(s) are received back to us.

Customers in the UAE are eligible for one free exchange if they are merely changing the size. Please send us an email to confirm your size and set up an exchange.
